While my nearly 16 years in Corporate America provided me with invaluable experiences and growth opportunities, there was always something missing, a feeling that I wasn’t doing nearly enough. I was looking for opportunities to add value in a way that mattered to others. I knew I had it in me to make a positive impact on those around me while also continuing to learn and grow myself.
In 2020, in addition to being a working mom, wife, and person with her own hobbies and interests, I started on a journey to become a life coach through iPEC Coaching. I then founded Awarify Coaching because I finally discovered my passion and a skillset that adds tremendous value to those who choose to work with me. I gained the clarity and confidence to go after my dreams.
I am the coach I needed at various points in my life. The me who was afraid of making mistakes. The me who was a people pleaser. The me who was an overthinker. The me who felt stuck. The me who knew what she wanted but didn’t know quite how to get there. The me who lacked confidence in her decisions. If I’m being honest, every version of me could’ve used a coach to provide space, question and cheer for her along the way, and that’s who I am for my coachees.
Feeling confident in life is critical to decision making, goal setting, and at the end of the day, contentment. I’m a female mindset and confidence coach who works with working women and moms to unlock their inner goal-getter, bring awareness to what’s most important, and live more confident lives.
